Margaret, we are so sorry for your loss. We pray that Big Mike is embracing your son and welcoming him into the peace and joy of the Kingdom. God will richly bless him for his compassionate service to Native Americans and the disenfranchised in prisons. May he rest in peace.

Michael always had a kind loving way about him and I will forever remember his warm smile. He always made you feel so welcome and loved when you spoke with him. I too remember the music always playing from his room from his record player and/or stereo. May he rest in peace and may our memories of him never be forgotten.

The Bowles family was so loved by the Orchard neighborhood. I can remember walking down the street.. yelling over Hi Margaret and Big Mike. Larry and Mikey hanging in the front yard. Mikey, you will be remembered..

Michael enriched my taste in music. I can hear Jesse Colin Young singing "SongBird" and John Mayall blasting out "Room to Move". Larry and I used to sneek into Mike's room and use his record player (full volume when Margaret and Big Mike weren't home). Mike loved to listen to all kinds of music. Bob Dylan comes to mind as maybe one of his favorites, not sure. Rest with the volume up loud Mikey.

My deepest condolences to the Bowles family. Mr. Michael Bowles will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Wishing to send a comforting hope for the future based on the words of our Lord Jesus Christ found in John 5:28, 29 - " Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life." May the hope of once again seeing our loved ones, give you the strength that you need during these difficult times. For more information please visit JW.org

I was deeply saddened when I learned of my cousin Michael's passing. He had a rare innocence and sensitivity you don't see much anymore. A true non-conformist he was unique for sure. Like his Dad he accepted everyone and had a big heart. We were very proud to have him in our family. He was one of a kind. Peace. Michael Hollister
