I've only known Mark a short time but instantly I considered him a friend. Very kind and considerate and made me feel at home when I went to a cookout at Kathy's home and first met Mark. I'm so sorry Kath. He will be missed. Be patient, time heals all wounds.

I was not fortunate enough to ever have known Mark personally but I did come to know him through his sister Linda who so loved, admired and adored her forever older brother. If the indelible mark Mark made on Linda is any indication then i know he did the same for many including family, friends, students', patients and colleagues and all are better for this. Done too soon. My thoughts and prayers are with Mark's family..
