Sylvia M. Baker (Weiss,Pineo) Santospago, 93, formerly of Holliston,
passed away Friday, February 13, 2015 at Kathleen Daniel Nursing Home in
Framingham. Born in Natick, she was the daughter of the late Harold W.
and Frances Pettigrew Baker. She was the wife of the late Peter
Santospago.

Sylvia had an independent spirit and wry sense of humor and loved to
tell stories of her childhood. She belonged to the Holliston Senior
Center; where she volunteered for 20 years. She loved taking trips with
the seniors and looked especially forward to gambling trips to Foxwoods
and Atlantic City.

She leaves behind her son Robert Weiss of Mansfield; her brother Russell
G.Baker and his wife Gail of Ashland; sisters- in- law, Anne Baker of
Westborough and Ida Baker of Florida; son- in-law Michael Taylor of
Florida. She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, Michael, Shad, BJ,
David, Debbie, Dawn, and Scott as well as 6 great-grandchildren and ten
nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Kent Pineo, her
daughter, Janice Taylor and her brothers Edwin and Roland Baker.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 19th from 4-7p.m. at the
Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. (Rt. 16)
