Dear Michael, Laurie, Doug and family, So sorry to hear of your Mom’s (Grandma’s/Great Grandma’s) passing. I well remember her as one of “The Girls” in what we called “The Breakfast Club”. These ladies had a long history together, starting out as coworkers at Paul Revere, I believe. One by one they married and continued their friendships, including their husbands. I recall many a gathering in our living room as they all got together to catch up, swap stories, and relax. I think card games were sometimes a part of their evening socials. Lots of jokes and laughter! Now they’re all gone (I think - Priscilla being the last of the gang). For us, the ‘kids’ they’ve left behind, it’s sad to realize that this is the end of an era. But oh, what an era it was! How lucky are we to have been a tiny part of a group of such dear friends who lived life together for many decades and left a legacy of caring and closeness for us to follow in our own relationships. Rest in peace, Priscilla. And sincere sympathy to all of your dear loved ones. ~ Janet Liberty Milner
