Dear Melinda: I can’t believe you have gone when just awhile ago you were pushing me to celebrate finally getting a Clear COVID test by getting our favorite Chic Filet sent to my door & I thought you had “ lost it”... I should have remembered you were a whiz kid on computer & phones...I wish I knew even half of what you did...you were one smart, talented, caring, thoughtful, stubborn, determined, generous, dedicated, loyal young woman...as they say “ gone too soon”... yes, you are gone FAR TOO SOON...I will focus on the memories like seeing you on day one, on graduation, on your wedding day, your sharing Cape Cod days with Uncle Charlie & I, our whist games, the lobster feast up in Saco, ME and all times in between...thanks for the memories Melinda & the happiness watching you grow up.. For your beautiful daughters, the Dad you adored, Pete, & all who loved you, I pray for comfort during this terribly difficult time and that peace will come soon to all saddened hearts...with love, I say I am glad for your peace but I will miss you a lot Melinda...I take solace in knowing I will see you again one day & boy, have you got some splaining to do..
