Feddy, it has been tough getting used to the new normal at work over the past few weeks. I guess I did not realized how many times I emailed you or cc'd you on things. It is hard to see that out of office when I put you on a note now. I'm going to miss you bud. I will miss crushing Mich Ultras in mid-town when I came in town. I'll miss trying to duplicate the hospitality whenever you came to KC. I will miss our Friday calls to close out the week to make sure everything was taken care of for the next week. I will miss the Webex meetings with your horrible lighting. I will miss complaining about the CFA. I will miss everything about you brother! I am grateful I had four years to hang with you. Matt was one of the first people I met when I moved to the NYC office during COVID and he instantly made me feel welcome. As a coworker, I admired his intelligence, determination and accountability. As a friend, I just loved his passion for life. Always the life of the party – like this night when we stayed out far too late with colleagues visiting from abroad. If I could go back, I would have spent 100 more nights like this. And that will be Matt’s legacy – to remind all of us to live in the moment and enjoy life to the fullest – just like I know our friend did every day. It just won’t be the same without him. Miss you buddy.

I had Matt as a student at MHS and remember him. I have had many students but but I clearly remember because he was such a polite, kind and fun student. So sorry for your loss.

I have such good memories of this day with numerous members of our American Century team being together. We've had so many laughs all together over the years. It was such a beautiful day and this picture makes me smile remembering how happy we all were.

Feddy, I am pinching myself to wake up! Thank you for the quick hellos and funny chats in the office, you never passed me by without saying hi. Not to forget how much I will now cherish our late-night hangouts and unforgettable walks through Midtown. It will not be the same. Miss you Feddy!

Matt was a great colleague and will be missed by those of us who knew him at American Century Investments. I knew that Matt was a great addition to our team when I had a chance to meet him during his training. He brought enthusiasm and determination to learning all about our firm.
