Mary T. Driscoll, 83, of Holliston, passed away Monday, July 5, 2010 with members of her beloved family close at hand. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Nora (Shea) Carey. She was the wife of the late John J. Driscoll Jr. who passed in 2000.

Mrs. Driscoll was a 10 year resident of Mission Springs in Holliston and counted many valued friends among her neighbors there.

She is survived by 3 sons, John J. Driscoll III of Franklin, Daniel C. Driscoll and his wife Emelda of Waldorf, MD., and Thomas B. Driscoll and his wife Denise of Holliston. She also leaves behind his sister, Helen Healy of Roslindale; 4 grandchildren, Maria and Sarah from Waldorf, MD. and Jeremiah and Hannah of Holliston; as well as several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brothers, John and Alfred Carey.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2010 from 5-8p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A funeral mass will take place on Friday at 10:30a.m. at St. Mary’s Church of Holliston. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Franklin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 313 Washington St. Newton, MA 02458 or www.stjude.org.
