To the Levasseur Family - I was saddened to hear of Marc's passing, my heart is broken for you all. Marc was a good friend of mine at Rider and one of the sweetest people I had ever met. Myself along with our other friends gave him the nickname Boston Marc. I cannot begin to understand your pain nor attempt to comfort you with words. Just know Marc touched my heart, along with the hearts of many, and my thoughts and prayers are with you all. -Sara Moore-

Margie and ED, James and Beth, Chris & Amy - the Blackmores are so so sorry. Marc was my introduction to your family which has been a wonderful thing for my family over the years. Marc was one of my favorite kids to coach at Holliston. He brought laughter, leadership, levity and excellence to our team and was a great Captain when I needed him the most as a new coach. One of my fondest memories is that he would always remind me to have fun and not take it all so seriously. We will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I just wanted to share how terribly sorry I am for your loss. Marc was always so full of levity and laughter around me, even when I was giving him a hard time at track in high school. Leaving Reed Academy would have been tough had I not known I was leaving Marc in my stead. The kids loved him there so much I was quickly forgotten, exactly the way it should go. It takes a truly amazing person to do that job for as long as he did. Again, my deepest condolences on your loss.

We are all the better for knowing him.
