Lee James Panoff

December 17, 1942 - September 3, 2011

Share your Memorial with Family & Friends

Those who mean the most to us Are never really gone. For in our thoughts and in our hearts Their memory still lives on So may you find that passing time Can somehow help to heal Those memories will ease the loss And sorrow that we all feel. God Bless.....Robert

Lee...missing you...December 17, 2012

Posted by Robert Yasick on December 17, 2012

O-ne year ago you died, and still we mourn, N-or will our mourning end till it be night, E-ven as time turns our tears to light Y-ears hence, when this may be more easily borne. E-ach moment of your passion and delight, A-s clear as sunshine, bountiful and bright, R-emains our fortune now that you are gone. Eternal rest grant unto Lee, O Lord, Let perpetual light shine upon him. Amen Lee, missing you, and god bless Carol and the girls. Robert

As I released a NASCAR balloon today in your honor, as it drifted to heaven, I thought of you on this day December 17, 2011. Lee, cherishing your memory...Robert

My thoughts are with you. I lost my dad at the same age.... Too young. He'll still always be there for you.

I was very saddened to hear about Lee, as I write this I have in my hand a photo of him and remember the guidance and direction he gave me on life. I will always cherish the time we spent riding in the “cruiser”, something he loved; he even helped, pushing disabled cars off the roadway during our travels. He was someone that really lived every day to the fullest. While I know that words are only a small gesture of support, I know that he touched many people's lives; including mine. Lee and the family are in my thoughts and prayers. The four musketeers!!! My deepest sympathy and love, Robert

So many years ago as a young girl, I worked for Lee's Dad, Al at Alpen's. I always felt honored to be working in such an upscale women's clothing store. Without any doubt, Lee carried on the fine women's clothing to the inth degree. I remember Lee from those many years ago. I extend my sympathy to Lee's family at this time of sorrow.

The 1961 390 Ford Interceptor with the shifter on the steering column was one of his favorites. The 1964 426 wedge Plymouth with the push button transmission was a close second. Pedal to the metal Lee.
