Holliston-

Karin L. Feldmann – Welsh, 44, of Rockville, MD. and formerly Holliston, died Sunday, August 27, 2006 at her parents’ home after a lengthy illness. Born in Framingham, she is the daughter of Carol E. (Preater) and Oskar H. Feldmann of Holliston. She is also the wife of Adam Welsh of Rockville, MD.

Karin graduated Holliston High School in 1979. She did the Breast Cancer Walk in 2003, 2005 and 2006, the Pan Mass Ride, Aids Ride from Boston to NY, and completed the Half Iron Triathlon in St. Croix in 2004 while battling cancer. She enjoyed horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, and traveling. She was fluent in Italian and German and was a volunteer for autistic children.

Besides her husband and parents, she leaves 1 brother, Glen O. Feldmann and his wife Erica of Hopkinton, 2 sisters, Kristen DiBerardino and her husband Mario of Switzerland, and Ellen Pyne and her husband Kevin of Uxbridge. She also leaves her niece Alexa and nephews Cal and Brody.

Calling hours will take place on Friday, September 1, at 10:30a.m. with a memorial service to follow at 11:30a.m. with Rev.
