I am saddened to hear of this loss so long after his passing. My condolences to Joe's family. I worked with Joe (and at one point for) for many years through out the different companies he worked for in the data collection industry. As many have stated Joe was very intelligent and had a very good business sense. Was always expecting to cross paths again. May his legacy live on. Best regards, David Cote

My thoughts and prayers are with Joes family. I had the pleasure of working with Joe and learning from someone I considered a mentor. He had an uncanny ability to set people at ease with his smile and honesty. You will be greatly misssd!

I'm heartbroken to hear of Joe's passing. I worked with Joe and as with most, his charm and quick smile led to us being fast friends. I enjoyed my time with Joe, hearing of his successes and knowing he was well loved by everyone he worked with and I found him to be a great professional...but most important a great man! My prayers go out to his family, who I know he cherished. Joe, you are missed. With love, Chad

Benevolence Empathy/Compassionate Funny Strong Willed and the Smartest Guy in the Room He will be missed. Everybody liked Joe. He was one of the good ones. I only got to work with Joe for a few years and I probably would never run into him again, but somehow the world is lesser without him here. I'll remember his flip phone and the love for his two girls. See you on the other side.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Joe V. Joe was a mentor to me many years ago. He was an inspiration, and for many years we were co-workers and friends. My thoughts are with the family in this difficult time. My condolences to the family, with the deepest sympathies.

So very sorry to hear this news. Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. Joe was a colleague, mentor, business partner, and friend. His experience, insight, and leadership were instrumental to the success of several businesses and inspirational to those who had the pleasure to work with him. Never lacking for ideas (or confidence!), Joe V's straightforward approach to addressing the problem at hand and, especially, communicating with others (in his New York accent!), was a wonder to behold. May his memory be a blessing to his family and friends.

I worked with Joe for over 20 years and he was truly one of the greatest guys to be around and whose love for his family was always the most important thing. Of all the great times with Joe, I would have to say the most entertaining thing was when Joe would need present to an auditorium full of the client’s IT team, whose sole purpose was to try to embarrass Joe and pepper him with questions to show how smart they were. Always, after about 10 minutes, they would all realize Joe was smarter than all of them put together – and after 30 minutes they would crowd around him giving him their business cards and wanting to work for him and be his friend. If our industry ever had a Rock God – JoeV was it! Our hearts go out to all of his family and friends to whom he loved so much.
