Jo-Anne, I am so sorry for your loss. We sat beside each other in the waiting room while our husbands went down for similar procedure in December at Brigham. We shared stories during the long wait and you shared the great love that you and John had for each other. I admired you so much because you were such an advocate for him during his illness. You talked about family and how wonderful they all were and the traditions that they carried on over the holidays. I have thought of both of you often in my prayers, and I am hoping you will surround yourself with family at this difficult time. Please know that even thought our meeting was brief, you have remained in my thoughts. The both of you had a special love that not everyone gets to experience, which makes the loss of John so difficult. Take Care, Susan and Steve

I worked with John at J. Baker and Sheraton. He was a gentleman. He taught me the value of hot peppers! I will miss him. So sorry for your loss Jo-Anne.

I worked with John for a long time at IBM. He was always someone you wanted to have around, a great co-worker and all around guy. I'm so sorry for his struggle, and so grateful to have known John. He will be greatly missed. Sending my thoughts and prayers to you his family at this difficult time.
