Janis L. Ingalls, 92, of Framingham, and formerly of Holliston, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014 at Whittier Rehab in Westborough. Born in Washington, D.C., she was the wife of 67 years to the late Charles Edward Ingalls who passed away in 2009.

Jan is survived by her children, Kathy Ingalls, Kenny Ingalls,
Bob Ingalls and his wife Charlsa and Peg Minville and her husband Joe. She also leaves behind
grandchildren, Josh Ingalls and his wife Carrie, Kelsa Debrabant and her husband Matt, Jon Minville and his wife Mindy and Andrew Minville and his wife Michelle, as well as 4 great-grandchildren, Jonny, Heidi, Paxton and Ariana.

Jan loved to travel and went on trips all over the world with her
husband Charlie and friends. She loved bird watching, flowers,
making the BEST Pecan Pie EVER, and most of all spending time with
her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jan stayed active all of her 92 years. She was an administrative
assistant at Framingham State College until she was 72 years old and
then volunteered at Metrowest Hospital for 20 years in the Blood
Donor Room where she met many good friends and “her nurses.”

A private graveside service will take place on Saturday, May
17th for immediate family. Arrangements are
under the care of the Chesmore Funeral Home of
