Gladys S. Wright, 95, of Hopkinton, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2010. Born in Northbridge, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Josephine (St. Andre) Deslauriers. She was the wife of the late Charles Wright.

Gladys was an Army Veteran. She is survived by her sister Gloria Williams, her son Ernest Ward and his wife Nancy, her stepdaughter Maxine Adams, stepson Robert Wright and his wife Rita, and step-daughter-in-law Marjorie Wright; her granddaughter Sara Grillo and her husband Matthew and three great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Joshua, and Elijah: eight step-grandchildren, nine step-great grandchildren and two step-great-great grandchildren. She is also predeceased by her stepson Alfred Wright and step-grandson Howard Wright.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, from 10:30-11:30 a.m., at the Chesmore Funeral home of Hopkinton, 57 Hayden Rowe St., www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com, followed by a 12 p.m. service, at the funeral home.
