Milford-

Frances J. Bullard, 95, of Milford and formerly of Holliston, passed away Friday, April 18, 2014 at Medway Country Manor. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Laura (Leiman) and Charles Matondi. She was the wife of the late Henry A. Bullard Jr.

Frances graduated High School in 1937 and Fay Secretarial School in Boston in 1939. She was a member of the Holliston Child Study Group and served as president from 1949-1950. She belonged to the Blackstone Valley Art Association and obtained her Real Estate License in 1967. She was employed by Associated Mutuals, Inc. in Boston 1939-1942. She was an executive secretary for the office of Scientific Research at the Natick Labs from 1954-1965 and retired from Perini Corporation in 1978.

She is survived by her children, Henry A. Bullard III and his wife Joan Bullard of The Villages, FL; Cynthia Bullard and her partner John Moody of Westfield; 4 grandchildren, Cristina Cutone and her husband Matt of San Clemente, CA, Henry A. Bullard IV and his wife Sarah of Ocoee, FL, Kristen McCarthy of Boston and Brendan McCarthy of Westfield; 3 great-grandchildren, Sofia, Sydney and Caden Cutone. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends.

A funeral home service will be held on Friday, April 25th at 1:00p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com Private burial will take place with the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
