Obituaries

I was saddened to just learn of the passing of Dan, as he was one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life, which was during our time working together at Kidde-Fenwal Inc. in Ashland, MA. I knew him as a dedicated, loyal and trusting; friend, technician and software programmer, through the many projects we worked together on, in which he was always up beat and kind to everyone he interacted with, no matter what was happening in his own personal life. I hadn't seen Dan in a number of years since he'd moved on to greener pastures, except for the one day that we ran into each other, a number of years ago, and I noticed that he was the same kind person, wanting to talk about the latest fishing hole he had been frequenting. And that is the way I will always remember him. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, which unfortunately, I never had the pleasure of meeting. Terry Garland
