Remembering Ben...

Posted by James Moe on June 2, 2017

Dear Sue, Meredith and Michael. We are deeply saddened by the loss of Dear Ben. He was a wonderful, caring, intelligent husband, father and friend. Our Michael's brought us together...we have so many special memories. Our friendship with Ben was too short and will be fondly cherished. You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time. Sincerely, The Healy's...Paul, Karen and MIchael

Dear Susan, I'm devastated to hear about your loss. My deepest, most heartfelt sympathy to you and your beautiful children, and to everyone in your extended family. Ben sounds like a wonderful, brilliant, kind, loving, calming spirit. He will live on in your hearts; your children will carry his gifts to their own children, and what an amazing legacy that is. I'm just so, so sorry -- he was way too young. Please know, sweet Susan, that you are in my thoughts in your time of sorrow, and in my heart throughout the years. With love, Andrea 16 Dutton Circle Medford, MA

Ben was someone you wanted on your team, hard working, solution oriented and cooperative. This is a group he worked with at GeneTrak Systems in the mid 90's. We will all miss his smile and friendship.

My deepest condolences to the Stone family. Mr. Benjamin Stone will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Wishing to send a comforting hope for the future based on the words of our Lord Jesus Christ found in John 5:28, 29 - " Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life." May the hope of once again seeing our loved ones, in a world where sicknesses and where Mr. Stone all eternity to explore and enjoy all of God's creations, give you the strength that you need during these difficult times. I worked with Ben for a while at IL. He was an intelligent, diligent contributor on the project. The subject matter wasn't right in his wheelhouse, but he came up to speed very quickly and was a key contributor. I knew him as a gentle soul who had a lot to offer, if you listened to him. Sorry for your loss, and sorry to see him pass away so young.

A special person in SOOOO many ways. A lover of all things natural...binoculars in hand as birds dive bombed for prey. Ben was so excited and animated and completely enthralled! (We were like what the hell?) He snorkeld with barracudas on spring break when we, above the surface, were indulging in all things rum. Pond ice hockey on Christmas vacation. Marion orchids. Silences. A gentle giant with appreciation of all things outside of himself. Awesome friend and so sad at your passing. Best to those closest to you so that your spirit will remain with them! You will always be a treasure to all of us. Xo
