Anne C. Pappas of Holliston died on January 16, 2014 at home unexpectedly. Beloved wife of Paul Pappas and devoted mother of Christopher Pappas, she is predeceased by her parents Daniel and Anne Cosgrove as well as her brother Steven Cosgrove. Anne leaves her cherished mother in law Afrodeta Pappas of Worcester, MA., and her especially close aunt Anne Cosgrove of Burlington, MA. Anne leaves a large and loving family: siblings Mary-Lynn Parenteau of Acton, MA., Daniel Cosgrove of Ashburn, VA., and Casey Johnson of Taunton, MA. and their spouses Allan Parenteau of Acton, MA., Tina Cosgrove of Ashburn, VA., and William Johnson of Taunton, MA. She also leaves her in-laws Steven and Alice Pappas of Raleigh, NC., as well as several nieces and nephews.

Anne was a talented and dedicated special educator and administrator with the Framingham Public School System for thirty years. Retired in 2003, Anne cherished her time on the beaches of Dennisport enjoying many contemplative moments and good times with family and friends.

A celebration of Anne’s life will be held at a venue to be announced at a later date.
