To my Dearest friend Debbie, Her brother Bradley, Bill's wife Anita all whom I've known all my life, you have my deepest and sincerest sympathies in your time of need. I love your mom and dad with all my heart and I pray he is at peace back with our Lord, at home with his friends and family. I know how very much your dad will be missed and the legacy he has left on this world will forever hold his memory in our hearts for all to see. Please know how very much you are thought of and missed terribly! I'm still here for you my dearest friend. Love to All family and friends of Captain William L.
