James E. Brown III

August 2, 1948 - July 15, 2011

Share your Memorial with Family & Friends

We just heard that Jim passed while at Bob's restaurant this afternoon (Sept. 28). We are so sorry. Jim was such a friendly and fun guy. We used to have so many good times at Bob's on Friday nights. You are in our prayers and thoughts, Donna and family. God bless Jim for the light he gave to the world. Walter and Audrey Anderson

Dear Donna & Family. I only met Jimmy once but took a quick liking to him. Donna and I used to call him at work to harass him. He took it in stride. I am truly sorry for your loss. But now he is in the hands of God and there is no more suffering.

Jimmy- We are here today to lay you to rest. You will be missed forever, and forgotten never. We will always wish for one last time, for one last moment, that will never be- We take solace in knowing you're happy in Heaven and want you to know you are a piece of our hearts. Til we meet again someday, watch over us and please be there when we pray. Rest in Peace We were very lucky to know you and your beloved Donna. P.S. Thelma and Norman will sure to be at the gates to welcome you with open arms. Love, Dana and David and our beloved sister Phyllis

Mr. Brown was such an awesome person ! I admired him for spending so much time with his son (and my buddy) Jim IV ! I know that Jim loved fishing with his Dad, and the void that his passing will leave, will never be filled. But, Steve Cassidy and I going to try, by talking Jim fishing and telling stories of his Dad. God Bless you all in this very sad time. Gene Ellison The Fishing Machine
