Grace Louise (Neal) DiSciullo, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at the age of 100. Proudly born on Flag Day, June 14, 1924, in Brighton, Massachusetts, Grace was a woman of quiet strength, deep faith, and enduring love. She made her home in Holliston, MA beginning in 1962, where she raised her family and built a life rooted in joy and faith.

Grace was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel J. DiSciullo; her cherished daughter, Marie DiSciullo Naples; her parents Thomas and Helen (Taylor) Neal; her sisters, Sister Marie Augusta Neal, SNDdeN, and Marie Kelly; and her brother, Frank Neal. She is survived by eight of her children: Joe DiSciullo and his partner Susan Boig of Medway; Joanie DiSciullo and her partner Steven Grande of Framingham; Sandy Hayes of Holliston; Ann Barnhart and her husband Rich of Summerville, SC; Daniel DiSciullo and his partner Felicia Fahey of Ashland; John DiSciullo and his wife Marylynn of Millis; Jean DiSciullo of Holliston; Cathy DiSciullo of Holliston; and her son in law, Eddy Naples of Mexico, ME. Grace also leaves behind seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, all of whom were a source of immense pride and joy.

A devout Catholic and longtime parishioner of St. Mary’s Church in Holliston, Grace served faithfully for decades as a Eucharistic Minister and CCD teacher and was a dedicated member of the Wednesday morning prayer group, where she formed lasting friendships. Her devotion to her faith and her family was a guiding light throughout her life.

Grace found joy in life’s simple pleasures—a good cup coffee, chocolate, lobster, and time spent by the beach. She will be remembered for her warmth, her wit, and the unwavering love she had for her family and friends.

The DiSciullo family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Bethany Health Care for the compassionate care they provided Grace in her later years.Grace’s legacy of love and kindness lives on through the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 10th at 9:00 a.m. at Saint Mary’s Church of Holliston.  Private burial will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, please honor Grace’s memory by being kind to a stranger.
