Dear Cardito Family - I had the pleasure of working very closely with Dave for the past 8 years in the healthcare sales group. We have all been deeply affected and devastated by the news of his loss. He personally assisted me in so many of my sales efforts, became a great friend, and was someone who rose to any occasion with passion and charisma. He was truly a gem and a proud family man. He will always be remembered as one of the greatest talents at Pega and will be dearly missed by me and all of his Pega family. My deepest condolences to you.

To Melissa, Christopher, Marin and the Cardito Family There are no words that I can express to lessen your grief. Dave was a trusted colleague and great buddy. The fondest memory I have of him was less than 3 weeks ago at Pegaworld when he stayed up till 5 AM buying drinks for everyone at the table. Once again, the Pega family has lost another member too soon. I have worked with Dave beginning when he was an intern at Pega on the Help Desk. To the Cardito family - I had known Dave for nearly 13 years as him and I starated working at Pegasystems around the same time. He was truly one of the most hardworking and motivated people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We always talked about his love for motocross and as passionate as he sounded when telling stories about his practice runs on the track, it did not compare to the joy and happiness evident on his face when talking about his wife, children and family.
