Dear Maureen, I was very sad to see that Tom has passed away. I always enjoyed seeing you two at the VFW when I worked there and also T'J's for supper when I came in with my Mom. He was an extraordinary person and I'm glad to say that I got to know him. Mike, my friend, I am so sorry you lost your Dad. I just saw on the site that he passed away. I live in Buzzards Bay now. I got to know Tom at Countryside. Every day when I walked in he would give me a wave and hello. As time went on I would conspire with him to plan an escape! He was a great bear of a man and always managed a smile. Maureen I admire your commitment to him even when it was hard for you. RIP Tom
