Cape Cod – Albert C. Poole, 92, died March 25, 2005. He was the wife of Laura (McLean) Poole and would have celebrated their 70th anniversary in June.

Born in Dennisport he was the son of the late Lemuel and Clara (Yates) Poole.

A former resident of Sherborn, MA he had worked in the MetroWest area. Following retirement he lived in Kennebunk, ME and West Palm Beach, Florida, living his last few years near his birthplace on Cape Cod.

He was a member of the Framingham Nazarene Church for forty one years, where he was on the church board and church treasurer for many of those years. He also drove the first bus the church purchased to pick up children for Sunday School.

Beside his wife he is survived by his children, Robert Poole of West Palm Beach, FL, Beverly Paradiso of New Durham, NH, Valerie Joy Poole of Framingham, Sandra Robinson of Alton Bay, NH, Carol Gustafson of Worcester, Faith Woodcock of W. Yarmouth and Gail Thompson of York, ME; 41 grandchildren, 70 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. He was the father of the late Dawna Paull.

The funeral will be held on Monday, March 28 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington St., Route 16, Holliston www.chesmorefuneralhome.com. Burial will follow in Lake Grove Cemetery, Holliston. Calling hours will be held prior to the funeral from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m.
