Jean S. Raymond

Jean S. Raymond, 93, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2018 surrounded by her loving family and went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was the youngest of three children born to the late Joel C and Marie (Lyon) Smith.

Jean was preceded in death by her loving and faithful husband of 63 years, Gordon (Bob) Raymond, and together they raised four children. They made their home in Holliston, MA for many years before retiring to Eastman in Grantham, NH in 1983 where they were avid golfers, skiers and hikers. Jean leaves daughter Carolyn Heiden of Greenfield, MA; daughter Laurie Parker and husband Bill of Hardy, VA; son Jeff and wife Jody of Randolph, MA; and son Gordon and wife Cathy of Hendersonville, NC. Jean was also preceded in death by son-in-law, William (Butch) Heiden. In addition, Jean leaves 9 grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.

A graveside prayer service is planned at 12 noon on January 13th at Lake Grove Cemetery, Holliston. A celebration of life service is planned for 11am on January15 at the Croyden Congregational Church, Croyden, NH.
