John M. Menendez, 88, of Tamarac, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Born in New York City, he was the son of the late Rita (Castillo) and Adolf Menendez.John grew up in East Harlem, New York and then moved to Riverhead, New York and then in 2004, he made his home in Tamarac, Florida.John is survived by his brother, Fr. Adolf Menendez, s.x. of Fatima Shrine, Holliston MA.A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 11th at 11:00am at Fatima Shrine 101 Summer Street, Holliston MA 01746. Burial will be held the following day at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, New York. Memorials in John’s honor may be directed to the Xaverian Missionaries, 101 Summer Street, Holliston MA 01746 Arrangements are under the care of the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston. | |
