Norman Waugh Clark Jr.

Norman Waugh Clark Jr., 91, of Holliston, passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025. Born in Waltham, he was the son of the late Dorothy (Evans) and Norman W. Clark Sr. He was the husband of 65 years to Dorothy (Torgersen) Clark.

Norman grew up in Belmont and was a 1951 graduate of Belmont High School. He went on to graduate from Boston University in 1960. He was a proud Veteran of the Air Force. He had a deep appreciation for antique cars, with a special fondness for his 1937 Buick. He loved spending time in the peaceful landscapes of Maine and New Hampshire. A member of the writer’s club, Norman enjoyed expressing himself through the written word. He was also passionate about model trains, genealogy, and history—In addition, he was an avid stamp and coin collector and loved his couple’s card group that he was part of for many years.

In addition to his wife, Norman is survived by his children, Russell Clark of Monmouth, Maine,  Carolyn Tierney and her husband, Timothy, of Franklin, Virginia Watkins of Holliston, and Marjorie Hayes and her husband, Bradford, of Colorado. He also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, Courtney Tierney, Kristine Watkins, Rebecca Fieldhouse (Ryan), Joseph Watkins III, Carolyn, Brian and John Hayes; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Richard and William Clark.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st from 9-11 a.m. with a funeral home service to follow at 11:00, at Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. Burial will follow in Lake Grove Cemetery in Holliston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heather C.
