Ted N. Gamble

Ted N. Gamble, 71, of Whitinsville, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Mass General Hospital in Boston. Born in Akron, Ohio, he was the son of the late Jane (West) Gamble and John “Lefty” Kirchner. He was the husband of Jie “Sophia” Yan.

Ted worked as a school bus driver for the town of Weston for 30 years. He was politically active, enjoyed gardening and time spent outdoors.

Besides his wife, Ted is survived by his children, Randy Lamb of Alabama, Justin Gamble and his wife, Alyssa of Winthrop, Marina Lisovskis and her husband, Vitalijus of Mendon, Sonny Gamble and his wife, Jada of Mill Valley, California, and Emily Ahman-Gamble of Boston. He also leaves behind his siblings, John Gamble, Nelda Tisch and Wanda Bard all of Ohio as well as 7 grandchildren. He is predeceased by his brother, CharlesWard Jr.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 22nd from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Hopkinton, 57 Hayden Rowe St. A funeral service will take place in the funeral home at 4:30. Ted will be cremated and his ashes spread by his family.
