Barbara Virginia Flanagan, 87, of Holliston, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015. She was the wife of the late Joseph Flanagan.

A devout Catholic who enjoyed attending the daily mass at St. Mary’s of Holliston and praying the rosary, Barbara enjoyed quilting, crafting, dolls and bric-a-brac. Many memorable talks were had over a cup of tea. She was kind to all who knew her and very prayerful.

She is survived by three children, Barbara Flanagan-Rice and her husband Bernard, Paul Flanagan and his wife Tammy, and Elaine Steward and her husband Jeff. She also leaves behind fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her son, Joseph Flanagan.

A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, July 4th at 9:00a.m. at St. Mary’s Church of Holliston. A reception will follow mass in the church hall.
