Carol Weise

Holliston-
Carol A. Weise, 69, of Holliston, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2013 of asthma and flu related complications. Born in Woonsocket, RI, in 1944 she was the daughter of the late Valentyna (Mascinica) and Frank Romanski. She had been the wife of Jeffrey Weise of Holliston since their respective graduations from Clark University and the Worcester Hahnemann Hospital School of Nursing, in 1964.

Carol was a Labor and Delivery Nurse at the Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham since 1966 and a Holliston resident for the past 40 years.. Her life was truly devoted to being a wonderful nurse, wife, mother and a fantastic “Emmy” (grandma).

Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Kerri Augusto and her husband Jonathan of Northbridge, MA, Robin Vancura and her husband Will of Bolton, MA; sisters, Marie Provencher of Blackstone and Sheila Sawtelle of Port Charlotte, FL. She also leaves behind her five grandchildren, Nate and Taevy Augusto and Lily, Callie and Caroline Vancura.
