David Daniel Kessler

David Daniel Kessler, 42, of Upton, and formerly of Bloomfield, CT, loving husband of Claudine Marie Kessler, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 after struggling with a long illness.

Born in Hartford, CT., son of the late Leon Kessler and Sonia S. Kessler, he graduated from Bloomfield High School and Roger Williams University. He was a financial advisor for Oppenheimer, Inc., in Boston and he and his wife ran Little Wonderland, a toy company, from home. When in good health, David was an active cyclist and fly-fisherman and a natural guitarist/musician. He touched countless lives with his humor and generosity.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Catherine and Chloe,
two brothers, Stephen and his wife, Karin, and Michael and his wife,
Sharon. He also leaves his mother Sonia, in laws Richard and Claire Dorr, and brothers in law, Kevin Iapichino Dorr and his wife Laura, and Andrew Dorr. He also leaves his nephews Henry, George and Jack and niece Mary Kessler.

A prayer service will be held on Friday, April 8, 2011 at 11:00a.m. a the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St.
