Etta D. Higgins

Etta D. Higgins, 86, died Sunday, March 22, 2009 at the Mary Ann Morse Nursing Home in Natick. Born in Holliston, she was the daughter of the late Charles D. and Mary A. (Stevens) Higgins. A lifelong Holliston resident, she worked at Dennison and Goodwill Shoe Company and enjoyed playing bingo. She is survived by her brother, Charlie Higgins and his wife Rita of Millis, and 1 sister, Ethel Higgins of Holliston. She also leaves behind her niece and nephew, Mary Lawler and Brian Higgins. She is predeceased by a brother, Arthur Higgins, and 4 sisters, Alice Seriak, Dorothy Belonis, Flora Porter and Gladys Anderson. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 from 4-7p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com. A funeral home service will be held on Thursday at 11:00a.m. Burial will follow at Lake Grove Cemetery in Holliston
