Helga Schwerber

Helga Schwerber 75, of Milford and formerly of Holliston, died Sunday, May 11, 2008 at the Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham. Born in Germany, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Agnes (Dorweiler) Schwerber.

She was the beloved mother of 3 sons, Michael Thum of Framingham, Stephan Thum and his wife Nancy Anne of Millis, Peter Thum and his wife Megan Elizabeth of Gorham, ME., 1 daughter, Claudia Christine Thum of St. Petersburg, FL., 5 grandchildren, Nicholas William, Willem Spencer, Stephanie Nicole, Nolan Dieter, Cristiana Anastasia, She also leaves behind her former husband, Dieter Thum of Gorham, ME. and her siblings, Ulrich Schwerber and Pia Paschke of Germany as well as her close friend Kathleen Siebrands.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2008 from 10-11:00a.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. (Rt. 16) www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A funeral home service will follow at 11:00 a.m . with burial in Lake Grove Cemetery.
