Charles W. Mahan, 66, of Holliston, died Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at the Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham. Born in Melrose, he was the son of the late Mildred (MacDougall) and Charles Mahan Sr.

A resident of Holliston for 60 years, he was a member of St. Mary’s Church . An avid hunter and fisher, he was the past president of Ashland Fishing and Game back in the 1970’s. He enjoyed photography, was a lifelong member of NRA and had worked at Microwave Associates.

He is survived by 2 brothers, William Mahan and Edward Mahan of Marlborough, and 4 sisters, Patricia Mahan of Holliston, Mary Mahan of California, Kathleen Signa of Blackstone, and Mildred Mahan of Florida.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 23, from 3:00-5:00p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. (Rt. 16). A mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2007 at 9:00a.m. at St. Mary’s Church in Holliston. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com
