Helen M. Fornes, 85, of Burillville, R.I. and formerly of Tonawanda, NY and Hopkinton, MA died Saturday, December 2, 2006 in Burrillville, RI. Born in St. Mary’s, PA. she was the daughter of the late Mary (Opel) and Francis Ira Miller.

She is survived by 3 children Ray Fornes of Berkeley, CA., Ann Baker and her husband Bruce of Placerville, CA. and Kathy Fornes of Harrisville, R.I.
