Mildred I. Chambers

Mildred I. Chambers, 80, of Holliston died Saturday February 4, 2006 at the Medway Country Manor. Born in Boston she was the daughter of the late Isabella and George Lesher. She was also the wife of the late Donald Chambers who died in May of 2002.

Mrs Chambers was a Holliston resident for 43 years and the last 4 years in the Medway Country Manor. She was a Member of the First Congregational Church of Holliston, Womens Club and had worked at Village Stationary.

She is survived by 1 son; Donald Chambers and his wife Tara of Hopedale, 2 Grandsons; Kevin and Brian Chambers of Hopedale and a close friend Stephanie Danforth. She is also predeceased by 2 sisters Beatrice Donnelly and Dorothy Taggert.

Visitation hours will be at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston 854 Washington St. (Rt. 16) Holliston from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Tuesday February 7. A funeral service will take place in the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:00 am with Rev. Andrea Wyatt from the First Congregational Church. Burial will follow in Saint Mary’s Church in Holliston. in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Residence Activity Fund at Medway Country Manor, 115 Holliston St., Medway, MA 02053
