Mary "MA" Pyne

Hopkinton- Mary A. Pyne, 96, formerly of Grove St. in Hopkinton Died yesterday, Saturday, June 7, 2003 at the Beaumont Nursing Home in Westborough.

Born in Hilden, Nova Scotia, she was a graduate of Milford School of Nursing, Milford, MA and was employed by Metrowest Medical Center and Meadowbrook Nursing Home For Many Years as a private duty nurse.

She was the wife of the late Henry “Lonnie” Pyne. She leaves two sons, Francis and his wife, Phyllis, and Aurthur and his wife, Dorothy, all of Hopkinton. She leaves five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is pre-deceased by nine brothers and sisters.

At the request of the deceased, services and burial will be for family members only. There will be no calling hours. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2003 at 10:00 am in the Chesmore Funeral Home, 57 Hayden Rowe St., Hopkinton, MA.
A short reception for family members will be held from 9 to 10 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Hopkinton Ambulance Fund, Hopkinton Fire Department, Main Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748
