Bellingham-

William Oliver Cohen, 4, of Bellingham, passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 3, 2014. Born in Framingham, he was the son of Barry and Karen (Merritt) Cohen of Bellingham.

In his four short years of life, William was a bright, happy and fun loving little boy. He was loved by everybody and was a great younger brother to Charles. William was quite the character and it is the family’s hope that William’s legacy will live on with the four organs in which he donated to four other children.

Besides his parents, William leaves behind his brother, Charles Cohen; his maternal grandfather, C.O. Merritt of Medway and his paternal grandfather, Joseph Cohen of Holliston. He also leaves his aunts and uncles, Melissa and Matt Glaser of CT, Judy and Eric Davis of Holliston, Greg Merritt of Worcester, Sabrina and Charles Williams of VA, and Vincent and Adele Merritt of Raynham.

There will be no visitation. A funeral home service will be held on Thursday, August 7th at 2:00p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. A graveside service will follow in Lake Grove Cemetery.
