Holliston-
William Laurence Marsell Jr. “Larry”, 55, passed away August 26, 2016. Born in Framingham, he was the son of Joan Marie (Robbins) and William Laurence Marsell Sr. of Holliston.
A 1979 Holliston High School graduate, Larry attended Westfield State College, where he received his Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He was a Sergeant with the Massachusetts State Police and retired in 2011. Larry was a musician as well as an avid hunter who also enjoyed fishing and golfing.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his brother, John Marsell of Holliston, his sister, Dianne Marsell of Cohasset, as well as 4 nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, August 31st at 10:30a.m. at St. Mary’s Church of Holliston. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Holliston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holliston Police Association, 550 Washington St. Holliston, MA 01746.
