William “Bill” M. McGrath, 72, of Holliston died Sunday, July 26, 2009.
Born and raised in Newton, he was the son of the late Ralph and Madeline (O’Connell) McGrath. He was the beloved husband to Beverly (Clarke) McGrath of Holliston.

A Holliston resident for the past 37 years, he served in the U.S. Army and attended Northeastern University. He also worked for major supermarket chains for several years.

Besides his wife he leaves his beloved family, a brother; Robert McGrath of Southborough and niece Tara McGrath of Natick.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 30, 2009 from 4-7pm at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A memorial mass will be held on Friday at St. Mary’s Church of Holliston at 10:00a.m. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery in Waltham.
