Virginia Miller Pinkham, 83, of Holliston, died Friday, November 9, 2007 at Elliot Health Care Center in Natick. She was the daughter of the late Helena (Spicer) and Arthur Miller. She was the wife of the late Gerry Pinkham.
A Holliston resident since 1954, she was a member of the First Congregational Church of Holliston, where she was a deacon. Virginia had been active in the Indian Ministry, was a founding member of the Holliston Curtain Timers, a volunteer at the Miller School Library and the Holliston Pantry Shelf. She had received an associates from Fisher Jr. College.
She is survived by her daughter; Linda Williams and her husband, Robert, of NC,; son -in-law, Robert Wheeler, of Natick; 4 grandchildren; Carol and her husband Kyle Thebado, Jennifer and her husband Craig Sour, Robert Wheeler and his wife Heather, and Allen Wheeler, She also leaves 6 great grandchildren; Kyle, Ashley, Brandon, Christian, Emma, and Liam. She is predeceased by a daughter; Gale Wheeler, and by 2 sisters; Marjorie and Ruth.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington St., (Rt. 126) Holliston. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. with the Rev. David Fountain. Private burial, with the family, will follow in the family lot in Acton. Donations in her memory may be made to the Holliston Pantry Shelf, 23Water St., Holliston, MA 01746
