Holliston-
Theresa Ann Reardon, 82, of Holliston, Medway, North Ft. Myers, FL and formerly of Roslindale, passed away Monday, November 20, 2017 at Milford Regional Hospital. Born in East Boston, she was the beloved daughter of the late Angelina (Diecidue) and Joseph J. Scaduto. She was the beloved wife of 62 years to the late Joseph A. Reardon who passed away in April 2017.
Theresa was the youngest of ten in her family. She shared her amazing family with the man she fell in love with, at the age of 19, she married Joseph A. Reardon. They were married after dating for 10 months on November 21st, 1954.
Theresa had worked and retired from ADP Payroll Services in Waltham. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She took pleasure in cooking, hosting, and entertaining for guests in Massachusetts and Florida. Theresa was proud of her Sicilian heritage, especially of the aroma in her kitchen. She especially enjoyed holiday celebrations, which were traditional Italian style feasts enjoyed by many friends and family. She was truly an amazing cook. Her other passion was shopping, which was enjoyed all day long, followed by the returning of items, and more shopping. Another passion was interior decorating, her homes were like show places. They were impeccably clean, which made you feel welcome and comfortable. She also liked to write poetry and was quite good at it. Vacations were always taken with family and friends, which many of us have spectacular memories of. She also enjoyed singing with her sisters, and at times, was told, they sounded like “The Andrews Sisters”. She loved to sing Christmas Carols with her children, Christmas was a very special time for her. People related to her, confided in her, and felt comfortable in talking, laughing, and crying with her. She was also known to be very giving and generous, even during her short stay at Fairview Retirement Community she made new friends who enjoyed her company.
As most of us know, she had a little dog named Sushie. He was her baby and her true furry companion for the past 9 years. Everywhere she went, Sushie went. She even cooked many meals for him.
She is survived by her three children, Stephen Reardon and his wife Susan, Patricia Bazonski and her husband Perry, and Karen Scalfani. She was the loving grandmother of  Nicole, Stephen Jr. and his wife Lauren, Garrett, Teresa, Michael and his wife Jordan, and great grandmother to Giovanna and Avianna.
