Holliston-

Susan L. Zanchi, 69, of Holliston, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at the Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Etta (Sherbert) and Peter Caradonna. She was the wife of nearly 50 years to Ed A. Zanchi of Holliston.

Besides her husband, Susan is survived by two children, Nicole Orser and her husband, Michael of Ashland, and Edward J. “EJ” Zanchi and his wife, Kristi of Upton. She also leaves behind five siblings, Marie Larson of Marlborough, Janet Cocuzzo and her husband, Tony, of Mashpee, Vic Caradonna and his wife, Carolyn, of Palmer, Pete Caradonna and his wife, Linda, of Cumberland Foreside, Maine, and Ellie MacGregor of Marlborough; five grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher and Jonathan Orser and Ryan and Brennan Zanchi; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 18th from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. (Rt. 16) www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 19th at St. Mary’s Church of Holliston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to National MS Society of Greater New England, 101A 1st Ave, Waltham, MA 02451 or nationalmssociety.org
