I am still shocked and saddened to hear of Stan's passing. I will miss his sense of humor, updates on the latest shows on tv, and recaps of the Patriots games. Stan was the best boss anyone could work for and I was proud to be his Executive Assistant for 11 years. He was not only a boss but a great mentor and friend. Everyone enjoyed working with him and his team listened and admired him. I will truly miss him. My prayers and love go out to his family during this difficult time.

Stan and I ran in the same business circles for over 20 years - though we never worked together. Stan always shared weekend events, family holidays, the cape house, his girls growing up, all through college selections - though I never them. He was a man of integrity - professionally and personally. Honest, kind, enthusiastic and happy. A champion! God Bless

I was fortunate to have worked with Stan for many years at State Street. He was warm, funny, intelligence, creative and a good friend. He was a man of integrity and I looked up to him. May years at State Street were better because of Stan. Bless you and your family

So sorry to learn the sad news of Stan’s passing. I had the privilege to partner with Stan at SSGA. Stan had a natural ability to make complex topics understandable. He was an authentic collaborator even in the most challenging of times. He was constantly learning and he was generous with his knowledge. He could render internal politics inert. Stan laughed often and his whole face would light up and shoulders would shake. He was all in in every respect. A very good man who will be missed by all who knew him.

I had the pleasure of working with Stan early in my career and was extremely disappointed to hear this sad news. My memories of Stan are exceptionally positive. He as a very kind and authentic person who always brought his best to work every day. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and dear friends. I remember so many times that Stan would bring a great smile and support for his coworkers, in the midst of complicated activities. He also always mentioned his wife and daughters. He was extremely proud of them. He will surely be missed. May he Rest In Peace Jim MacDonald.

I had the privilege of working with Stan for most of his State Street career. He was one of the most talented, genuine, and compassionate colleagues I have ever known. Stan's contribution to our company, and the mentoring to so many that knew him will be forever remembered. My deepest sympathies to Debra and the entire Wasilauski family. Rest in peace my friend.

I had the pleasure of working with Stan for many years and roles at State Street, and even in different career shifts we kept in touch, I am heart broken to hear of his passing and my deepest sympathy and prayers go out to the Waasilauski family at this difficult time. Stan made every day and every person he met better. He was kind, wise, honest and funny, these are just a few words to describe a man who was larger than life.

I am so very sorry to hear this sad news. I first met Stan back in the '80's when we both worked at Computer Partners. Our careers later overlapped at State Street for over 20 years where I was lucky to work on many projects with Stan. I have fond memories of a business trip we were both on to Sydney Australia. Just one of so many happy memories of a true friend and generous soul. We will all miss you Stan.

I am so sorry to hear this. While I didn’t work often with Stan at State Street, when I did I was struck by by his insight and wryness. He was someone to model.
