Tommy,Ann & Family, So very sorry for your loss!

Posted by Sandy Rossini on June 12, 2022

Renee, Michelle and family, I was very sad to read about you mom. I drove bus with her for quite a few years. She was the best of the best. I got all dressed to come today but haven’t been feeling good so I did a Covid test and tested positive. This is the only thing that would stop me from coming. The last time I saw her was at Maureen Burns funeral. We said we would keep in touch but of course time gets away and we didn’t. Her 80th birthday was the best party I have ever been to!! She had a wonderful family that produced a lot of love and that day proved it! Being surrounded by all of you must have been very comforting. My condolences to all of you. May your memories carry you through this difficult time. Maureen Flaherty

To Shirley's family: I remember little Tommy and his friend coming across the street and helping us move in to 77 Maple Street in August 1978. We watched as all you kids were growing up. Your parents were such nice neighbors, along with your grandparents who were next door to us. I have been renting that house out for many years, and a year or so ago, I was up there, and got a chance to say hello to your Mom, who was out in her yard. She was the same Shirley I remembered, and I was very happy to see her that day. I think she was the last old neighbor left from when we bought that house. Sincere condolences on your loss.
