Medway-

Ruth S. Hancock, 82, of Medway, passed away Monday, May 26, 2008. Born in
Stockbridge, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Amy (Snell)
Harrington. She was the wife of John Hancock, who passed in 2003.

She was in the Coast Guard, a Girl Scout Leader and was a member of the
Fish Program. She taught Sunday School and had been active with many other
activities at the West Medway Community Church.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Ruth A. and Lynn M. Hancock both of
Medway, and 1 brother Henry W. Harrington of Shrewsbury.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5to 7pm at the Chesmore Funeral
Home 854 Washington St. (Rt. 126) Holliston. A funeral service will be
held on Friday at 11:00 in the West Medway Community Church. Burial will
