Ruth L. Stevens, 85, of Holliston, died at her home on Wednesday, December 14, 2005. Born in Needham, MA. she was the daughter of the late Arthur F. and Etta (Morse) Fitzgerald. She was also the wife of the late Howard A. Stevens who passed away in 1995.
Mrs. Stevens had worked off and on for many years at Ball Slides of Medfield and had most recently worked there up until February of 2005. She enjoyed dancing, especially line and ballroom dancing. She also enjoyed children.
She is survived by 2 sons, Howard W. Stevens, and his wife Cindy K. Stevens of Weston, FL., and Kenneth C. Stevens of Falmouth, MA. 1 brother, Richard Fitzgerald, of Ft. Myers, FL., She is predeceased by 1 brother, Robert Fitzgerald and 3 sisters, Marjorie Castanino, Estelle Dolan, and Helen Norblad
Visitation hours will be held on Sunday, December 18, from 2-4p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washingtnon St. (Rt. 126) Holliston. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com Her funeral services will take place in the funeral home on Monday, December 19, at 10:00a.m. with the Rev.
