Rose M. Hodgson, 96, of Holliston, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022. Born in Natick, she was the daughter of the late Rose (Reimer) and Thomas Golden. She was the wife of the late Kenneth Paul Hodgson.

Prior to retirement, Rose worked as a nurse’s aide in a nursing home. She was an avid reader, especially mystery novels. She also loved to watch TV. 

Rose is survived by her children, Kenneth T. Hodgson of Holliston, Robert D. Hodgson and his wife, Francesco of Framingham, Richard J. Hodgson and his wife, Vickey of Ashland, Sheila A. Suarez and her husband, William of Bradenton, FL, Jacqueline A. Graff and her companion, Ronald of Ashland, son-in-law, Russell Shine of East Douglas, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Margaret Mary Shine.

A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, October 26th at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Holliston. Arrangements are under the care of the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston.
