Rosalie Ann Sheldon, 83, of Franklin and formerly of Holliston, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Medway Country Manor. Born in Marlborough, she was the daughter of the late Ida (Cavatorta) and Frank Fiorvanti. She was the wife of 38 years to the late Donald Sheldon who passed away in 1998.

Prior to her retirement, Rosalie worked as a receptionist and a lab technician. She was active in Saint Mary’s Church of Holliston. She and her husband, Donald, were presidents of the former Mr. & Mrs. Club of Saint Mary’s.  She loved to travel, especially taking cruises. She enjoyed entertaining, hosting cookouts and loved her large group of friends. In her younger years, she was an avid bowler. She was very active in her children’s school events, as well. She was a patient and loving caregiver to her mother.  Most importantly, Rosalie was a beloved mother, wife, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

Rosalie is survived by her two daughters, Laura Sannicandro and her husband, Mark of North Smithfield, Rhode Island, as well as Lisa D’Amore and her fiancé, Keith DuBlois of Manalpan, New Jersey. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Nina D’Amore, and her fiancé, William Dinneny, Antonio D’Amore, and Francesco D’Amore; as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brother, Frances Fiorvanti.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 4th from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. A funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Mary’s Church of Holliston. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St.Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Stjude.org
