I was very sorry to hear about Roger’s passing, the neighborhood will not be the same. Roger was always ready with a smile or quick chat or to help out if we got stuck. I always enjoyed his Halloween decorations and scary music, the showing of movies on the barn for the kids, it made the neighborhood fun. Roger will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace, Roger. Your neighbors at 32 Quincy.

I have lots of fond memories of working with Roger on the DMSE team at the Bellin Run in Green Bay, Wisconsin. A warm, friendly man. I'm sure he will be missed!

Roger he was not blood related to me but he was 10000% my family. He wasn’t like an uncle or grandfather he was just a Roger, no specific name or terminology for what he was to me. He was better than any terminology he tried to fill in my life, because he was just Roger. A fun, loving, hardworking, spectacular story teller/comedian. He was always there for as long as I can remember and was the type of person you always wanted to be around because he was always there with an interesting fact or a fun game for when your bored and out of ideas. Or purely just because he was being mischievous and was recruiting me to a prank or something that would make everyone laugh. He was just a generous honest guy who I’m going to miss turmendusly. I’m going to miss going to cape code and hanging out with him at the beach, I’ll miss when he would pretend to sneeze and throw sea weed at you randomly when boogie boarding, or when he would show me all the cool stuff he had, or at holidays when his face would light up when you walk in the door. I’ll miss all this and so much more about Roger. I don’t wanna say goodbye but I also know that right now wherever he is no longer in pain and that makes me so relieved that he can be himself with no limits because God knows Roger hated restrictions on what he could and couldn’t do. Rest In Peace Roger, I’m really going to miss you.

My Nana, Kathy, would always rent a beach house. Both us (fred, cherie, julie, rose) and the Trudeau’s took turns going down for parts of the week. This photo always makes me laugh because it was a particularly hot day and we were all kind of grumpy but Roger broke the tension by rolling himself up in our blanket into a burrito. I just remember it being so funny.

Roger was the only grandfather I knew on my mothers side of the family. He was a huge part of my life and I can say I will miss him everyday. I have so many memories of him making us laugh-the time he tied our (jack, colby and julie) socks together. It took a full hour to get them untied, it was so fun. RIP Roger you are forever in my heart🤍

I will miss Roger a lot. His smile, curiosity, caring and sense of humor lit up the room and the World. We lost a wonderful man but heaven just got even more fun! Rest pain free and rock out, Roger. Love and peace, Frederick Randall
